कांग्रेस में युवा नेताओं के बीच क्यों है आक्रोश? आजादी के बाद कई सालों तक सत्ता में रहने वाली देश की सबसे बड़ी पार्टी रही कांग्रेस आज अंदरूनी अंतरद्वंद से जूझ रही है. वह लगातार जमीन छोड़ती जा रही है.ऐसे में शीर्ष पर राजनीति करने की महत्वाकांक्षा लिये घूम रहे नेताओं का न केवल हौसला पस्त हो रहा है बल्कि एक बड़ा प्रश्न चिन्ह भी उनके अपने भविष्य के सामने अंकित होते देख रहे हैं.पिछले दो लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस की जो राजनीतिक हैसियत बनी, वह कांग्रेस को सबक सीखने के लिए काफी थी, लेकिन इसके बाद भी अपनी शर्मनाक पराजय पर न तो कोई चिंतन हुआ और न ही उसने इस बात की जरूरत महसूस की. पार्टी की शर्मनाक हार से राहुल गांधी ने यह कहकर पार्टी का अध्यक्ष पद छोड़ दिया था कि अब पार्टी दूसरे किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को अध्यक्ष बनाए जो गांधी परिवार से बाहर का हो, लेकिन यह बात यहीं फिस्स हो गई, पार्टी के  कुछ ऐसे झूठ हैं जो कांग्रेस के लिए खुद के पैरो पर कुल्हाड़ी मारने वाले साबित हो रहे हैं. राजस्थान कांग्रेस में चले घमासान के कारण प्रदेश किस स्थिति में पहुंचेगी, यह आगे आने वाले दिनों में पता चलेगा लेकिन यह तो मानना ही होगा कि देश में कांग्रेस पार्टी के अंदर कहीं न कहीं विद्रोह करने की भावना परवान चढ़ती जा रही है इसके लिए कांग्रेस अपनी कमियों को छिपाने के लिए भले ही भाजपा पर आरोप लगाने की राजनीति करे, लेकिन सत्य यह है कि इसके लिए कांग्रेस की कुछ नीतियां और वर्तमान में नेतृत्व की खामियां भी काफी हद तक जिम्मेदार हैं. अभी यह फिर से सुनाई देने लगा है कि राहुल गांधी को कांग्रेस का अध्यक्ष बनाने की मुहिम चल रही है, इसका विश£ेषण किया जाता है तो साफ तौर पर पता चलता है कि यह जमीनी नेताओं को किनारे करने की राजनीतिक चाल है.पहले मध्य प्रदेश और अब राजस्थान में बगावत के जो स्वर मुखर होकर सामने आए हैं उससे यह साफ हो गया है कि कांग्रेस में शीर्ष नेतृत्व किसी भी तरह का बदलाव नहीं चाहता. राजस्थान में अशोक गहलोत की सरकार संकट में है और अगर वह संकट से उबर भी जाती है तो आने वाले दिनों में उसके भविष्य पर खतरा मंडराता ही रहेगा. राजस्थान में सचिन पायलट मुख्यमंत्री पद के दावेदार थे, लेकिन उन्हें दरकिनार कर राज्य की कमान गांधी परिवार के पुराने दरबारी अशोक गहलोत को सौंप दी. देश की राजनीति में भाजपा के उभार और विशेषकर 2014 के बाद की राजनीतिक परिस्थितियों पर नजर डालें तो यह स्पष्ट हो जाता है कि अपनी ही गलतियों के कारण कांग्रेस को सत्ता से हाथ धोना पड़ा,यही नहीं वह निरंतर कमजोर होती भी चली गई यहां तक कि जनता के बीच अपने विश्वास को भी बचाकर नहीं रख सकी. मध्य प्रदेश के बाद अब राजस्थान में कांग्रेस सरकार के विदाई की तैयारी होने की स्थितियां निर्मित होने लगी हैं .राजस्थान की वर्तमान स्थिति पर केन्द्रीय नेतृत्व बहुत हद तक उसी प्रकार जिम्मेदार है जैसा मध्यप्रदेश के मामले में हुआ. ज्योतिरादित्य ङ्क्षसधिया को किनारे कर कमलनाथ को मुख्यमंत्री पद पर बैठाना यह कदम कितना सही था इसका आंकलन अब आसानी से किया जा सकता है.युवाओ की टीम अपने साथी को ही ज्यादा पसंद करते हैं यह सर्वविधित है. बुजुर्ग व अनुभवी नेताओं को समझाकर उन्हें उनके चाहे हुए पद देकर चुप किया जा सकता है लेकिन युवाओं को समझाना कठिन है ऐसे अवसर की पहचान कर मौका उन्हें ही देना चाहिये था. मध्यप्रदेश में ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया ने कांग्रेस का साथ छोड़ा तो राजस्थान में विद्रोह की नींव रखी जा चुकी थी सचिन पायलेट पहले से अशोक गहलोत के खिलाफ थे लेकिन पार्टी ने उन्हें फिर से सत्ता सौंप दी.इस युवा नेता के अदंर विद्रोह की आग भड़कती रही और आज राजस्थान में जो कुछ हो रहा है इसकी वजह यह भी है.इस संभावना से इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता कि अन्य कांग्रेस शासित राज्यों में भी इस इतिहास को न दोहरा दिया जाए क्योंकि वहां से भी तनातनी की खबरें सामने आ रही है. राज्यों में कांग्रेस के भीतर क्या हो रहा है? शीर्ष नेतृत्व इससे बेखबर है या फिर चुप्पी साधे बैठा है. राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पके हुए बहुत से विद्वान कांग्रेसी हैं जो युवा राहुल गांधी, प्रियंका व सोनिया गांधी को पट्टी पढ़ाते रहते हैं लेकिन उनमें से किसी ने इस युवा धड़कनों को न समझा और न ही समझने के बाद भी उसे शीर्ष नेतृत्व के सामने लाने और उसका हल निकालने का प्रयास किया. कांग्रेस अब भी बड़ी पार्टी है और उसके सामने चुनौतियों का सामना करने की ताकत हैं, उसे सत्तारूढ़ पार्टी के कृत्यों के पीछे ज्यादा ध्यान देने की जगह अपनी पार्टी के अंदर उठ रहे युवा आक्र ोश को कम करने का प्रयास करना चाहिये. वास्तविकता यही है कि पिछले दो लोकसभा चुनाव में शर्मनाक पराजय के बाद कांग्रेस अभी तक के राजनीतिक इतिहास में अपने सबसे बड़े दुर्दिनों का सामना कर रही कांग्रेस को यह समझ लेना चाहिये कि वह  पार्टी समूहों में विभाजित होकर अवनति के मार्ग पर बेलगाम बढ़ती जा रही है, इसके पीछे बहुत सारे कारण हो सकते हैं, लेकिन सबसे बड़ा कारण यह भी माना जा रहा है कि आज की कांग्रेस में स्पष्ट दिशा और स्पष्ट नीति का अभाव-सा पैदा हो गया है. उसके जिम्मेदार नेताओं को यह भी नहीं पता कि कौन-से मुद्दे पर राजनीति की जानी चाहिए और किस पर नहीं इसी कारण कांग्रेस का जो स्वरूप दिखाई दे रहा है, वह अविश्वसनीयता के घेरे में समाता जा रहा है. कांग्रेस के प्रति इसी अविश्वास के कारण उसके युवा नेताओं को अपना राजनीतिक भविष्य अंधकारमय लगने लगा है, इसलिए कांग्रेस के युवा नेता अब कांग्रेस से ही किनारा करने की भूमिका में आते जा रहे हैं. दिलचस्प तथ्य तो यह है कि कांग्रेस का वर्तमान श्ीर्ष नेतृत्च अपने पार्टी के अंदर छिपे कतिपय मीरजाफरों को भी समझ पाने  में असमर्थ हैं जो उन्हें गलत सलाह देकर अपना उल्लू सीधा करने में लगे हैं. पहले मध्य प्रदेश में लंबे समय तक उपेक्षा का दंश भोगने वाले ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया ने कांग्रेस को गहरा आघात दिया था, उसके कारण कांग्रेस को अपने ही राज्य में सत्ता से हाथ धोना पड़ा, अब लगभग वैसी ही स्थिति राजस्थान में उत्पन्न होती दिखाई दे रही है. राजस्थान की रेतीली राह पर अशोक गहलोत की गति फिसलन की अवस्था में है. इन हालातों को एक ओर कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेतृत्व के प्रति अनास्था की धारणा को जन्म देने वाला कहा जा सकता है, वहीं यह भी प्रदर्शित कर रहा है कि राहुल गांधी युवाओं को आकर्षित करने में असफल साबित हुए हैं इसमें उनकी अनियंत्रित बयानबाजी भी कारण है. पूर्व राष्ट्र्रीय अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी एक बार नहीं, बल्कि कई बार गलतबयानी कर चुके है, जिसमें वे माफी भी मांग चुके हैं. यह बात सही है कि झूठ के सहारे आम जनता को भ्रमित किया जा सकता है, लेकिन जब सत्य सामने आता है, तब उसकी कलई खुल जाती है. सबसे बड़ी दुर्दशा तो तब बनती है, जब अपने नेता के बयान को कांग्रेस के अन्य नेता समर्थन करने वाले अंदाज में निरर्थक रूप से सही करने का असफल प्रयास करते हैं,ऐसे प्रयासों से भले ही यह भ्रम पाल ले कि उसने केन्द्र सरकार को घेर लिया, लेकिन वास्तविकता यही है कि इसके भंवर में वह स्वयं ही फंसे नजर आते है. कांग्रेस को अब उन पुराने विश्वासों को छोड़ देने का समय आ गया है जिसके चलते वह अपने अध्यक्षो का चुनाव करते आ रहे हैं. नई पीढ़ी उसे स्वीकारने की स्थिति में नहीं है. ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया और सचिन पायलट के नाम पार्टी के राष्ट्र्रीय अध्यक्ष के लिए भी उठ चुके हैं. यह स्वाभाविक रूप से यही संकेत करते हैं कि इन दोनों नेताओं में वह सब मौजूद है जो एक पार्टी को चलाने वाले में होना चाहिये. कांग्रेस का नेतृत्व युवाओं की इस पहचान को समझ पाने में असमर्थ साबित हुआ है.
